Do other animals experience beauty?

"...we want to be swept away. It's particular to our species."

Other animals ARE beauty.

They ARE. Without ego, they absorb their moments, without being their now being snuffed out by the breaking of the past, or the fear of what may or may not occur in the future.

What is the difference between the experience of beauty, and of joy?

Is a giraffe that is laying in the sun with its eyes closed experiencing both joy and beauty simultaneously?
